Use a program for recovering deleted files. There are good open source ones available for free.

    1. Plug the phone into the computer, open iTunes.

    2. Select the "Restore from Backup" option in the iPhone menu.

    3. Choose the appropriate restore date to recover your music via PC backup.

    Hi there!
    You should:
    1. Open Settings, then 2. Swipe down to Music and 3. Tap the toggle next to iCloud Music Libary to recover your Apple Music Library. It make take some time for your library to repopulate in the Music app.

Here are the steps to restore music from an iPhone 5:

Connect your iPhone to your computer: Connect your iPhone to your computer using the USB cable that came with your device.

Launch iTunes: Launch iTunes on your computer and wait for it to recognize your iPhone.

Backup your iPhone: If you haven't already backed up your iPhone, you should do so now to ensure that your music and other data is safe. To backup your iPhone, go to the "Summary" tab in iTunes and click the "Back Up Now" button.

Restore your iPhone: Once your iPhone is backed up, you can restore it to a previous backup. To do this, go to the "Summary" tab in iTunes and click the "Restore Backup" button.

Select the backup: In the next window, select the backup that contains the music you want to restore, and then click the "Restore" button.

Wait for the restore process to complete: The restore process can take several minutes to complete, so be patient. Once the restore process is complete, your music should be restored to your iPhone.

Note: If you have synced your iPhone with iTunes in the past, your music may also be stored in your iTunes library on your computer. To transfer music from your iTunes library to your iPhone, you can simply connect your iPhone to your computer and sync your music.
