No answer to mail request to support@koolmoves.com

I've send a request to support@koolmoves.com on April 5 2015, and still have no aswer on it !

The request was asking the way to download again a bought version of Koolmoves, after a HDD crash.

I responded 7:21 am east coast time the same day. I suspect that my reply went to a spam folder. I suggest that you white list my email address in your email program and email me again.

My mistake. I confused your email with someone else's that was the same day. I resent the download address.
