drag and drop a movie clip onto another movie clip to go to a labelled frame

I have four movie clips on a stage and I need drag and drop functionality for each one and this is easy enough but I also want
the movie clip that is being dragged to play a movie on a timeline once it is dragged onto a movieclip at the bottom of the stage.
The buttons each corerspond to an swf video. I can send the file is it helps.
So drag and drop onto a another movieclip which in turn plays a movieclip on a timeline. All in as3.
