html5 prep? bringing flash 8 back to the present.io

greetings, i love the way marcomedia flash 8 is programed, simple programing at its core,

i just need a little help if you can take the time to teech me,

what are the best practices/method of converting/exporting .swf vectors/animations in preparation for a html5/css3/javascript playground?
    perhaps an .svg export method?

also what is the best way of preparing an image [.jpg/png] to be vector like?

is there any way to extend the canvas past the 2880px cap, i would like to work in 4k

that would work, but I dont think flash is very good tool for svg

iirc you could just keep adding stuff beyond the right border, and it would make the scroll bar scroll further. if not, just make a symbol with everything, and then scale that symbol in another symbol and you can edit it "in place", I think. both ways are really inconvenient, since the system fights you instead of cooperating.
who is this? a word of friendly advice: FFS stop using AS2
