    Flash CS6 Rulers & "0"s

I don’t know if maybe there’s an issue with my install of Flash but a feature I have always thought qas standard across virtually all graphics programs doesn’t seem to be available in Flash CS6 in every other graphics software I have I can click in the upper left corner in the little square where the vertical and horizontal rulers meet and then drag out onto the stage and the “0”s will move accordingly. In other words you can place the Ruler’s ‘0”s wherever you like. For instance let’s say I want the vertical and horizontal “0” to be centered on the stage, Using the technique described above I can do that in all graphics software i.e Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, etc. And I thought it worked in Flash but I don’t seem to be able to get it to work. Am I missing something? I first started using flash in MX4 but put it aside for several years until recently when I got CS6. I’m sure I remember this feature from the old Flash.
