    Thoughts on Writing Mobile/Desktop Apps

After writing software for a long time I think adobe air shouldn't let our apps read/modify files our apps didn't already make, just should let us read/write new files our apps can make, and if its something you need to import than you should host the file on the web for your app to claim the file as its own when your app remakes it because its not fair when someone calls our apps a virus after years of studying :/ that should go for all publishing developer softwares who agrees?

That is probably one of your dumbest ideas. Imagine someone is emailing you jpeg, and you try to edit it in your ultimate deluxe air-based jpeg editor, and getting error message "sorry, you didn't make this jpeg, so fook off".
who is this? a word of friendly advice: FFS stop using AS2
