My swish swf's won't work in netscape(pc & mac)
I have flash 5 installed on both (platforms & browsers)
Explorer (both platforms) has no problem at all.
Any solutions?

Welcome To Flashkit!
Remember your new to this and you dont want ot make assumptions that something can't be done.Explain to me a bit further in detail what happens when you try to view it in Netscape.Just so you can because I just checked on my site and it works fine in Netscape & Explorer.

I did say MY swf's. I did not mean to imply any.
Is there a chance this has something to do with my ISP?
Again....I have no problems whatsoever in explorer.
And it doesn't seem to matter which platform I test,
netscape with flash 5 plugin will not allow me to view the swf. Had this problem once before with flash but it went away after I started adding (type=application-x/shockwave-flash) This doesn't change anything when using the swish created file.Which I would really like to use because it is one tenth of the size of the same file in flash.

Riot,
Usually, the failure of swf's to show up in NN are due to the file not being embedded properly on the page. Do you have a url we could take a look at?

Can you view other swf within the same Netscape Browser?
Do you have an EMBED tag in the html?
In the future, whenever you have a problem it would be wise to give us a url. You would have gotten a solution by now.

Here's what you need to do re-embed into your html.then change the cab version of your movie then it will be flash 5 compatible. Here's what that section should look like:
codebase="http://active.macromedia.com/flash2/cabs/swflash.cab#version=5,0,0,0" -when you have it rite.If that doesn't work let me know.

Found the problem.
Of all things it turned out to be a typo in the TYPE parameter. Thanks for all suggestions. I figured it was something like that.It usually is when dealing with netscape

Riot,
Just a tip: IE isn't real fond of incorrect syntax either.

nope, but it's far more forgiving than netscape!
