Light Effects

Hi, everyone. This may seem elementary, but I'm having trouble figuring out how a certain light effect was achieved using Flash. On http://www.rayoflight.net, the intro uses the effect of light shining through the letters. Any ideas on how the designer did this would be greatly appreciated.

That effect can be obtained using photoshop filters...
you can try KPT6 ->lens flare (metatools.com) or xenofex
(alienskin.com). To make that effect in flash, theres' in the open source section of the site flashplanet.com an example of that.
