I was curious, what is the average range for having someone design a flash file for you? Does it go hourly or is it by the time of file length?

It depends on what you want done and what quality you want the final product. In most cases you get what you pay for. But if you search around you can find a talented Flasher who is just getting into the community. Then the want to get work out on the web so bad, they will work with you on pricing to make both of you happy. Also flashers will offer you an intro for free to get a feel for there work. If you like it, the project goes on, if you don't, you lose nothing. Give me a call and I can explain to you more about what is best for you. I can point you to some work I have already done.
