Great site, really the premiere destination for figuring out Flash stuff and stuff related to Flash. Great community, too, as I'm finding the message boards very helpful.

    Suggestions

Actually have the greeting card section a functional greeting card site. This will not only draw traffic into FK, it will get more exposure for the people who submit.

Autodelete submissions that fall below a rating/score as given by viewers. Present movies with the highest rating first. There's getting to be so much stuff it's hard to wade through it all. This is especially true in the 'Cartoons' section. That section is loaded down with 'Etoons' promos, and while it's good stuff, it'd be helpful to have it sorted by rating.

Use a simple hierarchical menu (in flash, of couse) on the main page that can give you access to exactly where you want to go without having to click through some very bandwidth intensive pages. This will free up the server and serve the users better with direct access. In other words, do for each section as you have done with the 'Message Boards' menu on the main page, but do it in Flash to save on screen space. For example, have the main menu have the buttons:

    Games
    Tutorials
    Boards
    Greeting Cards
    (etc.)

User mouses over 'Games' and a vertical menu slides out revealing sub buttons: 'Strategy', 'Action', and the rest.

Likewise, the user mouses over 'Tutorials' and the vertical menu reveals the buttons: 'ActionScript', 'EyeCandy' and so on.

    Thanks for listening.

better yet...sort movies by name, date, or rating- at the user's preference!
