Even though I'm not following guidelines, i can't do so if i'm forced to.

the reason FK is slow is becuase the database is being attacked by over 100,000 members. a new logo is not neccessary, the current logo is recognized and is part of FK as a whole. there is one board with almost every flash related topic; why get another? an internet radio is just plain crazy, this is a developer site, not an entertainment site. if you want to hear music without leaving FK, go to the sound loops and enjoy. if every usey had user icons, that would add load time to the page. if you reach a certain status, you can get an icon anyways. this is the same with the titles. you can adjust the heirarchy from the myFK link at the top or at the board on the right side. the interface could be smaller, but it is not a necessity. flash in the interface would be nice, but once again, it is frivilous and is not necessary. I do not know what you mean by featured sites in categories, and you have access to all the source at FK, why would you want to "check it out"?
