Thread: controlling movies in other frames

    Does anybody know how to control movies that are in separate html frames? For example, you have a frame which contains a menu and another frame that contains a separate swf file. when a button is pressed on the menu, it controls the other movie like jumping to a certain frame.

    Hi !

    Not exactly, but you may check for example #2.1 and 2.4 on my page and combine them

    Thanks for replying... I did come across your site after spending some more time on the message forum.

    Also, I found what I was looking for. Anyone interested in controlling movie objects in different frames of a frameset should go to http://www.ashzfall.com/examples/flash/fscom/
