changing the background in another scene

I need help..i created my first scene with a black background...and on scene 2 i want to change the color of the background to white...how do i do that?

Basicly from what i've heard once you set it to one color it's that color for good.

so what you should do is
use the square tool and make a white square
bg and save it as a new symbol.
add it to the second scene.
then when you change scenes it will go black to white
You might want to make the square bg as big as the whole stage.

try that out....
