My favorite actionscript books are listed here.

Most general-purpose flash books do NOT cover actionscript very well. So I would suggest supplimenting a general-purpose book with a dedicated actionscript book, such as Colin Moock.

The Lynda Weinman 'Hands On' series is pretty good, for general purpose training.

I like your list a lot! I didn't find anything that really concentrates on ASP.NET, XML, and Dydnamic Flash.

Well again, you have a breadth versus depth problem here. Any book which has sufficient breadth to cover all those topics, is not going to have sufficient depth to cover any one of them adequately.

I'd personally rather read dedicated books on each of those topics.

This is why O'Reilly's Safari service is such a good thing.
