    A few fixes

perhaps you should change the font, this one is too basic and too large. It brings down the design aspect of the nav.
here's a few suggestions for your tabs:
1-on roll over make them slide a few pixels to the side and chage color to grab the attention of the viewers.
2-on roll over call a MC to appear next to the nav with a description of the section.

There's tones of things you can do with them.
On a personal point of view i'd change a few things:
put a blank rectangle on the 'hit' state of the buttons so they're easier to hit.
change the arrow next to the nav, or take to out.
for your sound button, make o MC with two states (on and off)
    instead of having 2 buttons.

You should have a look in the 'movies' setion here and view nice examples.......
    That's all, good luck.

Thanks...I just found a new background today. So I'm fixing up the site and it should look more proffessional within a few days. Some of my friends have helped me with a navigation system.

The only way you can view it is if you have Flash 6 Player. Try that and see if it works.

    It's to slow and unprofessional..
    Don't you gradients unless it's in a 3d context.
And get rid of the filmgrain. Make it sharp and clean.
