Importing Video

I want to import some video to flash. I've no problem doing this but wanted some advice.

I've got the video in premier, so I can put any compressor on it really. Can anyone recommend which compressor to use - needs to be reasonably good quality.

i would export it out of premier uncompressed and then I would bring it into windows media encoder and do the compression there.
