    lomography

My girlfriend got me one of these fisheye film cameras for my birthday.

I got a few shots this weekend - quality isn't all that but the camera is good fun!

Yeah it is a giggle. Seriously difficult to compose a shot though, the view through the finder is mostly obscured by the lens so it's a lot of guess work!

I've always wanted a fisheye lens... been looking at that lomo just for shiggles basically... but after my Lomo Vilia and my Action Sampler both decided to conk out on me... I've been waiting out to hear more about these things.

Cool enough for a spin or two.

    They just died?

Yeah it's worth the £30ish that it cost I reckon.

A mate bought one after seeing mine but his is better. It has a bulb & multiple exposure function as well as a better view finder... can't see it on the site though.

Only thing that bugs me is it uses film!

rip that lens off and make an adapter for your camera- then make a photoshop action that emulates that type of film feel.

Look around flickr groups they have tons of premade actions for that kinda stuff like Holgas etc.

but honestly I just stumbled upon that group a few months back and tried out the lomo and holga script- pretty cool action but I would rather do all my own PP.

I think I'd be receiving a kick in the teeth from my girlfriend if I did that!

I have a VERY cool fish eye wide lens, that I need a 10 US$ thread modifier to hook it to my Camera, which I can't find
