how'd they do this?

my client loves this page, but i can't get images to distort this way - i can only get them to scale, rotate and skew... any ideas?

there's also a distort button, you have to break apart your graphic to enable it. That said im pretty sure they did it using code instead of timeline animations, but at least the transition is nice and slow so you should be able to replicate the effect.
