Sadly enough, I havn't made a game yet. I'm working on an RPG, but that might take a bit.

one of my first games is bouncing about the internet somewhere made a while back in amos. ironically it won't work on my amiga emulator and i've lost the original disks so i can't even play it. poop.

Silmarillion is more like a history book, chapter after chapter about the elves going and coming, going and coming

ViRGo_RK > The Silmarillion is about the early ages of the World before the age of the Lord of the Rings. It starts with the creation of Arda (the world) by the Ainur (gods) and there's also a lot about the early days of the elves and the wars with Morgoth (Sauron's master). It's not really one tale, but several stories that are connected to each other. It is a very beautiful, but difficult, book.
The History of Middle Earth (12 books of about 400 pages each) is only for the true tolkien fanatic, since it's not a story at all, but it shows how tolkien wrote his books and has lots of versions of scenes that did and didn't make it into the books.
well, I'd better stop talking about Tolkien
