Any mac users out there with any insight on this problem?

Go to: http://www.gradlaunchusa.com/ and click "Why GL?" then "Launch Mission Video"

I was told that it doesn't play at all in Mac IE and if you try to play it twice (like click the link more than once) in Mac FF that it won't replay.

Any ideas how to fix this?
