I'm fairly new to Flash -- I do basic flash animations for my employer. I don't know anything at all about flash video. I would like to recreate a "simple" (clean) navigation like the one below. Source code shows flash video was involved. Could somebody explain how it was done or recommend a good online tutorial that could help me figure it out? Is this outside of beginner territory?
