Sixth Annual 48 Hour Flashkit Competition VOTING

    GOOD JOB TO ALL PARTICIPANTS!

This year's competition is over! Winners of sandwiches must be found, and so let the voting begin. Here are the rules:

It on Wednesday 20th 5:00 PM EASTERN, 10:00 PM GMT. To vote, one must simply post who they think should win in the following categories:

    -Best Art

It is obvious to see who put more effort into aesthetics and who put less. This category rules over the graphical beauty of your game.

    -Most Fun

    Pretty Self-Explanatory

    -Most hard work

This is more of a subjective category since it’s hard to judge how much work someone put into their game. However, it’s easy to recognize what is easy and what is hard to do in Flash(or even takes more time), so try to base yourself on those guidelines. Ex: A simple man moving compared to a man walking with detailed movement took less time to make. You be the judge.

    -Most original

Once again, you be the judge. How did the person represent "strings"? How is the gameplay different from other games, etc...

    -All around goodness

You have to at least have one favorite, so this is your chance to vote on the person who made your favorite game.

    -Most Potential

This is a category for the game that, if given more time, would become really really fun and popular. For example, a game that has a great concept but that hasn't got it fully implented yet. This is a good category in the sense that winners of this might feel inspired to finish their game!(not that others shouldn't).

So voting is pretty simple. Simply post something like this:

    Best Art:name1

    Most Fun:name2

    Most Hard Work:name3

    Most original:name4

    All around goodness:name5

    Most Potential:name6

*IMPORTANT: "name" is the name of the Author of the game, not the name of the game.

    *notes:

-There is also another category called “All around best total” and is given to the person who receives the most votes in total (all of the categories combined). I do this, and you cannot vote for it.

    - you can vote for a person more than once, but you cannot vote for yourself if you are a participant.

So without further rambling, here are the games:

Chickens And Strings - A game by Walnoot

Chicken Run - A game by TheLostGuru

String of Chickens - A game by Tonypa

Yarn Chicken - A game by Pugger

Chickens And Strings - A game by Stormgulf

The Flying Chicken - A game by EvilKris

Chicken Coop - A game by Alillm

    Chicken Game - A game by ozmic66

Mountain Climbing - A game by Kianis

Chicken - A game by UnknownGuy

Chicken On A String[] - A game by MarkChaney

*if i forgot anyone's game, please inform me quickly!

All votes will be tallied in the end of the voting period, and 1st 2nd and 3rd winners of each category will be announced. Also, the grand prize winner will be crowned!!!(or given a half-eaten tuna sandwich)

*1 last note(i know I'm famous for them)...I know people are able to technically update links to their games within the next 2 days, and I know measures could be taken to prevent this, but remember....this is a competition with no real prizes. Everything here is for fun and honor..so if you cheat, you're really only cheating yourself as you won't deserve any of the praise given. Be fair!

If you want, sign this year's guestmap and say if you're a participant or a voter. HERE
