Flash 5 and Radeon

I apologize if this one has been asked before, but I own an ATI Radeon Vivo 64 DDR video card and dragging objects on flash is all ****ed up
it takes about 3 seconds to show the object in it's new location
it's quite hard to explain, but if you own the same card, you must have experienced the same thing

ati put an updated driver file on their site, saying that the bug was fixed, I installed it and it's still all ****ty

this bug really wastes my time, if you seen it, you see what I mean!
