Hey guys, I'm wondering what kind of program would allow me to record my voice and manipulate it, like make it deeper or whatever. Can Goldwave do it? If not, what program can? Any freeware program?

Sound Forge 7.0
In Sound Forge select the part of your voice that you would like to be deeper. Then select Effects > Pitch Shift
Within the Pitch Shift setting. Edit the setting Semitones to pitch shift by (-12 to 12):
NOTE: The lower the shift the deeper the voice and the higher the shift the higher the voice.
Next select the Preserve Duration box
Lastly select A08. Speech 2 from the Mode selection
Click "Ok"
That should be it... Just remember to export the sound out of Flash as "Speech" if you're using it as a voice over.
