Hello!
I know I'm behind the times but I just recently bought an old copy of Swift 3d v1 from a friend....anyway.. I want to make a cube with equal sides. I tried using a symbol from wingdings but it isn't equal.
How can I do it? Please help.

easiest method to do it is to type a period using Arial. change the bevel to square, and make sure the dimensions are the same on the object.

Should have thought about that actually.
How do you resize the work area? Or the font for that matter?

tapping into brain to see if I remember version 1.0
change the work area - you mean your final output? you can click on Layout and you will see your pixel sizes for your output there. You can enter numbers as you wish.
or if you mean work area.. you can drag the window to suit your needs. or is that just 2.0?
The font size... you can change by either: placing closer to the camera view, therefore scaling it, or you can zoom in. You can also play with the dimensions as well.
ok, I'm officially starting to forget version 1.0. If I were you, take a read into the user's guide. most of the stuff - cube excepted - are talked about in the various chapters of the user guide.
good luck.
