I started my A-level ICT course in 2000 and my friend was doing a web design course, he showed me some of the stuff he was doing and i was so jealous. So he introduced me to Flash and said Flashkit was a great place to learn flash. I became a member, the end. Improvements? erm.....more people to help in help forums.
