saving to secure servers

I'm trying to save a php file with a flash movie embedded in it to a secure server. When you view the page, it's gives a warning of:

This page contains both secure and non-secure items. Do you want to display non secure items?

So, what is going on and how do I fix it so that warning doesn't pop up?

I am led to beleive that it is the flash file that is the unsecure item. I don't know how or why, or how to fix it. So this post was really a waste of time,but perhaps it has helped you in some way.
