If on export to swf your movie displays black and white images
jumbled or negative text.
First what version of swish are you using

Swish Lite
Swish Lite has an unlimited trial time you can try it
but not export the swf properly until the product is
registered.

Hi,
there are a couple of different situations that can cause such symptoms.

To correctly diagnose the problem, you need to contact SWiSHzone Support by lodging a support call here -

They will need...
If you are a licenced user
1)the email address registered for your licence
2)your build date of SWiSH (look under 'Help About SWiSH')
3)attach a zip file containing the .swf AND the .swi of a small sample movie (it must have both image and text) to the call.

If you are a trial user
1)tell them so.
2)The Site Code displayed on the unlock dialogue (it displays every time you open the trial installation)
3)your build date of SWiSH (look under 'Help About SWiSH')
4)a small sample movie as described above, containing an image and text. Zip both .swi and .swf files and attach the zip file to the call.

Swishmax
This is generally found to be caused by either not having
the correct site key For the machine
Or the key is not copied/pasted properly
the entire code including the brackets must be pasted in
in order to function properly.

If you have a fully registered version of SwishMax
and are still having difficulty you can pick up a new
key via http://support.swishzone.com/unlock.asp

Keys are only generated for a specific machine
Once per 7 day period.

In any correspondense with swishzone please
include your build date.
Swishzone is constantly striving to improve there
products.
Each time an updated version comes out it has the
date of the release attached this date
xxxx.xx.xx can be seen on the splash screen when swish opens up or can be found in the Help menu in About of your swishzone product.

If you feel you've found a bug in your swish product
