If you are having problems opening your swish program(s) getting the trial key to work or registering the program Or think you have a bug. You can contact swishzone via several methods email support@swishzone.com call lodge http://support.swishzone.com/support.asp forum http://swishzone.com/forums If on export to swf your movie displays black and white images jumbled or negative text. First what version of swish are you using Swish Lite Swish Lite has an unlimited trial time you can try it but not export the swf properly until the product is registered. Lodge a call
The lodge call system tracks all correspondense
between swishzone and you. If you have not recieved a reply from swishzone you can view the history of calls to swishzone support and there responses via Veiw History it is located at the bottom of the page. http://support.swishzone.com/support.asp In any correspondense with swishzone please include your build date. Swishzone is constantly striving to improve there products. Each time an updated version comes out it has the date of the release attached this date xxxx.xx.xx can be seen on the splash screen when swish opens up or can be found in the Help menu in About of your swishzone product.

Swishzone operates forums serving all programs they sell. The basis of these forums is that of bug reports and licensing issues as well as testing beta products and SwishSite templates. If you feel you've found a bug in your swish product the swishzone forums are the place to post as well to check for new builds. Do to the relative newness of SwishScript they also have a forum specific to understanding this powerful tool. The swishzone team administrates and is very active in those forums.
