    Apple 23" backlight leakage

Does anybody here have an apple 23" cinema display?

Mine seems to be showing more backlight leakage than was expected, anyone else have this problem?

Yeah i have one but have yet to have any problems. It gets super hot to the touch though but that's expected.

Maybe you should take it to the Apple store and get it fixed/replaced.

I've had mine for about two months, i run it all day long, and it never gets very warm and i have zero backlight leakage. In fact, we have two in the studio and they are both fine.

I would bring it back and get a new one.

Yeah, neither of those things sound normal. I have had zero problems with my cinema display - I just love it.

.. gonig to change my title.

    PICTURE

Seems to do it in three places on the bottom.

greys also look slightly red, but i think i got it calibrated so it doesn't look like that anymore. (from what i saw in the store, all the 23's had a little bit of a color prob? i don't know how old they were, prolly first off the line)

Its a brand new display too.

I got a bunch of overdue work that i got todo before i can screw with apple again, maybe i have time to call and complain so they can log me. *i've been using a 19" 1280x1024 screen on my mac, and web surfing is really the only thing you can do at that size.

naw. I'd say you're definitely hetero; besides, a blow up doll is bad enough. But those shirts you used to wear though... looked like drapery with collars dude.

Posting more pictures won't fix it. Just send it back to Apple ASAP.
