Help, Help, Help! Please! Exporting Library

Will some kind soul please instruct me how to transfer my flash library to my desktop!?!?

i have so many files there that i want to use for other things - wav's, mp3's, gif's etc. That is my only copy of those items...

is there a quick way to export these items from the flash library?

can i export the gif's and still save every frame of the bitmaps?

i'm using cs3 flash program...
