No. You have to make a popup movieclip, which holds information on each item in a frame - then you have to make that movieclip invisible. When someone roll overs a button, the popup movieclip's visibility should be set to true (make it visible), and make it goto the frame with the information for that specific item. Also, make the popup window follow the mouse's coordinates at all times
