irc flash client

forgive my ignorance.
been looking for a standalone irc flash client for my site.
so far this is the only one found that apparently works.
not an expert in flash at all so dont know what i'm doing.
where do i put the irc info in the action script to work?

not sure if this is the right forum.
if its not sorry and please move it.

please help, anyone.

Hire someone to do it for you.

Otherwise it might hard to get this kind of help in forums.

Most of the forums members tried to help those who wants to learn and come here with some part problems they face to develop their Project.

This uses the XMLSocket() so you need to access a port 1024 or higher. There may be other restrictions on the server your using. It's old AS2 too.

restrictions dont matter as long as chatting works at all.

where in the as2 code do you put the irc server data etc.?

theres also talked about "wfic" .fla flash irc client.

always get an error;

"this flash can be run only on the original host it was configured for".

not sure how to get it to run on any host or domain.

collected these 4 tho some require flex.
even more lost with that.
