Moving clock hands on Flash pro cs6 ???

I may not be understanding this correctly, but it sounds like you will need 2 movieclips to make the effect.

1) Clock Movie clip want to make a movieclip with the hands of the clock moving
2) Zoom In movieclip/main timeline

I have attached a file for you to see the way I understand what you are asking.
