exploding tekst

Does anyone know how they make that effect, where the tekst-symbols seem to be exploding/shooting peaces of tekst in every direction...
Also other cool blinking/easy to make effects are welcome...

true about that swish, but i prefer to learn it the hard way, by flash that is... just like ray of light (tutorial special effects).. if you can do it eventially this way, then it gives you more satisfaction... i think.....

Isn't there any other way.....?

You're right, but Swish saves you a lot of time and energy.

In Flash you can motion tween it letter by letter and I think you can do it with actionscript but how I don't know.
