uploading/publishing/exporting...

hey guys..
i need some help in publishing my flash file..

how exactly do i go about do this?
i got to publish settings, i chose format .html and .swf (.fla is automatically done?) and then for the most part i leave the rest as is?

do i also have to export and upload my music file to the internet? or is it in the .fla file??
im really confused on this.
i imported my music file. a .wav file. i published everything, i think for "audio stream" as .mp3.
is everything in that .fla file???
i didnt upload the sound file on my own..and i went to my site, wathced the movie, and the sound was there.. all i uploaded to the site was the .fla, .swf, and .html..

i really would like some help here

the exporting function is just for converting the fla file to something that is readable for the web=> swf file
everything is include with this: sounds, jpegs, ...
just upload the swf file en the html file.
(html is just "speaking " to the swf file)
