Can be done, but only in IE on PC. Open a new window with javascript. Add ' fullscreen ' to the window.open features. Then in de html you want in the popup call a script onload. Let that script resize the window to the sizes you want.

Is it possible to have frames in a chromeless window? I've tried to do it, but to no avail.

Just call a frameset into the fullscreen window instead of a regular html files... yes, it's that easy!
