Why do my buttons have Light ALMOST transparent box around them?

When I create a rollover button, they have a light, ALMOST transparent box around them after I view the published FLA file. I knew this was happening, so I saved it before it happened, and it only happens when I mess with the setting of the object, or after I tried to make a HTML text box.

Why does this happen? What am I doing wrong? And how do I remove it?! Thank you!

    here you go

When I create a rollover button, they have a light, ALMOST transparent box around them after I view a published FLA file.

When loading the file, every looks fine, but as soon as I go over the buttons, and the change to the correct image, but with a box around them.

This has happened before when I have published other Flash files as well.

The problem only happened after I edited the file. Here is the original file without the problems (roll over "band" "tour", etc):

Now, you can view the problem here (roll over "band", "tour" etc):

Why does this happen? What am I doing wrong? And how do I remove it?! Thanks for any help!!
