Slightly off topic - PERL damn it!
Morning flashers,
I have been entrusted to rewrite a website, updating various message services, guestbook, wanted ads etc. Fine - piece of cake done it! whoo you say? However - the site has a search facility to read archives and here is the problem - 600+ pages linked to a form submission page in a pl script. I am not to drop the search facility but it is going to make life difficult. I was hoping the best way forward would be just to rewrite the perl script to jump to my new forms page. Does anyone have a working example of a perl script that just calls another page? I have tried a few googled examples but they all include form submission and the like I just want one that jumps to a new page. I guess if I knew the language it would be easy but I really don't 8o( Please help a fellow flasher with this problem Cheers, Jon 8O(
