Simple deaccelerating Menu Bar
This is a very simple deaccelerating menu bar. Using easy
Actionscript move the menu bar with a desaccelerating effect. It
use only one button, but multiple instances of it. All the
buttons call a function that move the bar to that button current
position so you can change the buttons place and leave the code
