O. K., here is me being picky on you. Try using the Lens Correction filter in PS to straighten out the image, right now it looks compressed on the left side (kinda like a < ).
Maybe faux blur out the shipyard too... Just some thoughts.

i really like it. but a blur on the docks might enhance it.
love the colours (lack of)/tones, love the texture of the wood. just really like the feel of it. |

Great shot Wannabe!
Love the tones and the texture...EV's seems to be right in regard to straighten out the horizontals as it looks like it is "hanging" down at the left side and there is a vignettation at the top corners also. What lens did you use?
