eather Flash 4 or 5 problem eather browser???

i made this beutifull site, i did a Barneys type of a scroll, i used this script

startx = GetProperty(/:info,_x) ;
moved = /:targetx-startx;
setProperty (/:info, _x, startx+(moved/9));

but thre is something i dont understand,in some browsers the scrolling doesnt work, i have Internet explorer 5.5,it works perfectly in my browser,(but when i export my swf as flash 4 ,and not 5 it wont work on mine too) there is a guy he has same version browser as mine (5.5), he wasnt able to see the scroll, whats the problem
is there anything i can do so my scroll will work in every type of a browser.
or maybe it is just a matter of flash 5 plug in.
you only can view my scroll with flash5 plug-inn????
