I was searching and found this link

It is an interesting article on letting Jscript control
the flashplayer to play sounds. The page is full of examples. each link on that page uses it. Is this better then adding sound to a button state in KM? It is definately much easier to add it in KM than writing all that code. But then the sound becomes part of that file. With this the sound is its own swf file. any opinions?

People have been playing this idea for a while. Splitting the sound makes the file load faster.
