ok...i need to know what all do i know for editing a movie...i have to add sounds...effects...cut scenes..rearrange scenes. etc..everything that needs to be done in the editing process...
The hardware required...the software required....everything...

All i have is a VCR....the rest please do let me know..

plus..if something special required for:
i have to first convert the movie from NTSC to PAL and then edit it and then back to NTSC.....
