    very cool flashguestbook -possible in KM??

    Hello!

    I found a very cook flash guestbook,please look at:
    http://www.adelio.com and then click "Products", now click "Adelio Guestbook" and now click "Online-Demo"

    I am wondering , if this is possible in KM too and how complicated this would be? What "backend" is needed (Perl, PHP with MySQL)??

    Yes it would be possible. Would require some fancy scripting to get the text to move with the page but it could be done.

    The only hard part on teh Front End is getting the text to turn with the page.

    On The Back end which is not really related to KoolMoves and it really doesn't matter what SWf tool you use as long as it supports Dynamic Text;

    They have both a PHP Version and a ASP version. They also have it set up to use either MS Access or MySQL. Pretty much any DB could be used and its irelevent anyhow. You could use pretty much any guestbook script you wanted to as long as you formated the vars to load into SWF. There are already many prewritten royalty free Guest Book Backends that are configured for Flash already and most are free. So to be honest-- Not really that compliocated. Like I said the most complicated bit there is getting the Text to move like its on a page.
