How does one track user interations across multiple swf(s) loaded into one main swf ?

I know it's possible to track hits/interactions for a typical flash banner ad using "Click Tags", but how do you apply this to a full website in conjuction with a reporting service like Net Tracker or WebTrends etc...

Can anyone point me in the right direction on this?
