Andrew,
If you can't use the MP3 Player, don't forget that the SWF Player needs streamed MP3 files embeded into SWF files.
Your melodies are NOT streamed,and for that the visitors have to wait the loading to be completed in order to hear the music.
Unfortunately,at this time KoolMoves is not able to stream MP3 files inside of the resulted SWF files.
Besides that, your SWF files are HUGE : 5.6 MB for the first one !?!
Don't forget that over 90% from your visitors have DIAL-UP connections !
Try to increase the MP3 compression.
For online purposes, 56Kbit/sec should be enough.

I did check this out, but how do you tell if someone is in there? When you send a message out, how do you know if someone sees it?
