Ramble ================================================== ================== Greetings, time for another ramble, and this is a long email so congratulations if you have made it this far!! The first part of this ramble is from an email we received from a game contributor to the Flash Kit Arcade.... check it out! "Dear flash developers, Some time has passed since I was to make a post to this board. My apologies particularly to Dan, Mark and other people at the flash kit team. On the 9th march 2000 I was astonished to have pacman in flash featured on flash kit. I received some very encouraging enquires and made some language translations. More importantly I received two job offers. I have gone with one of these and am working like hell and importantly receiving an income for flash game development. The point of this post is, if you are enjoying the challenge of game development there is a light at the end of the tunnel. So please keep it up and support flash kit as it is putting up emerging developers in touch with web houses who have clients with the capital to pay you to do stuff you like. It is that simple - do what you enjoy and the time just goes in and well if it could happen to me it could happen to anyone! I could go on, but I am not here to blow my trumpet, but to offer some encouragement to the astonishing diversity of gaming going on. Best of luck William wjp3@pccs-design.co.uk" The other part of this ramble is the result of a chain letter I received that made me go wow... so I figured Id post it to the board, and do my part! http://www.flashkit.com/board/index....?threadid=5943 -Mark ================================================== ================== 6.
