Controlling movie clip

Hi there! I need help controlling a movie clip I am developing a website and need some more advanced action scripting to what I am used too.

I need script that will play the remainder of the existing movie eg (outro transition) then open and replace with another external movie clip.

I hope this makes sense please see...
