    Weird vector line/dotted line distortion !?

    Hey folks

    I've got some problems with weird distrotion of vector shapes after I publish my .swf. If I draw a simple filled circle shape (with the circle tool) - In flash it looks good and fine, but when published, it looks really "dented" or "jagged" in the final swf. Check the example jpg - it's not very good quality, but if you look at the white 'dots' on the gray line, you can see what I'm talking 'bout. It's like the shapes are slightly distorted.
    I've tried all the 'pixel-shifting' tircks, and _quality settings etc. -Nothing helps! It gets even worse if I make a 'dotted line' with the line tool. What is causing this? And what can you do about it? It almost looks like the ol' pixel-shifting with bitmaps, but that doesn't really make much sense - now does it?

    Hmm - okay people..... Found out that small size shapes/fills (less than approx. 3px width/height) have a tendency to render in a slightly distorted way. The image from the post before this - where the white dots are zoomed/scaled x10 times - shows this behaviour. It seems that, if you use the new 'object drawing' mode, things get a little better, but still - I find it quite weird that flash isn't more precise, even at small shape sizes.?

    Hmm... could you paste those gray lines with the white circle into an empty fla and post it, so i can have a look into it..
    I had that effect once too, and don't remember what it was exactly

    var FröhlicheWeihnachten:Greeting = German(HappyXMas);
    My letters on the F1 key have faded, how are yours today?
