SWREG Problem
Hi everyone,
Im New to forums so please be kind.... lol
Ive been using Koolmoves for well over a year now and think its a wonderful program so much so i wanted to buy the latest version (Currently using V 4.3.4).... Yer i know its almost as old as me.... lol
Ive tryed twice over the last 24 Hrs to purchase the latest version 5.5 online and every time i get to the final stage of the sale an error page is shown by SWREG and im getting no answers as to Why and how i can buy my new copy of koolmoves. HELP PLEASE !!.... ive followed all instructions , even exchanged emails with Bob at Koolmoves who says the first purchase is Dead so he cant cancel it.... Ive purchased other items on the internet over the last 24 Hrs and had no problems but they were not using SWREG. they were using other secure providers.
Is there a problem with SWREG and why havent they emailed me (My spam guard is turned off) and ive gone into SWREG email account and there are no emails other than the one i sent them in there....

It is useless asking such a question here. I suggest being patient.
You have been using a very old version for a long time so I don't understand the big hurry. I am sure it will be sorted out in 24 hrs.

Im going away (Work) at 8am tomorrow UK time and i wont be back for a week, i wanted to put it on my lap top so i could use it while im away.....
